Not having a foaling in the middle of winter will be a nice change. Both our mares, Vinona and Love Whisper are due in April and we hope the snow will be gone by then. We are also looking forward to the new racing season with one older horse - Limosano (4) and two youngsters to follow. After a good start into the 2007 season, Limosano was a bit "under the weather" during the summer but found back to form in the fall when going two turns. Hopefully the two 2-year-olds will be on the track soon and ready to make their debuts. "Recless Cat" (Cat's At Home-Love Whisper) was bought by Jim and Susan Hill at the 2007 Preferred Yearling Sale and "Collarosa" (Tomahawk-Vinona) was privatly purchased by Frank Romano, who already owns the colts older half brother Limosano. We wish both owners all the best with all their horses, may we see them in the winner's circle many times.
